DOJ charges 12 Russian intel officers for election hacking

As President Trump was meeting with Queen Elizabeth in England, the special counsel back in Washington charged 12 Russian intelligence officers with tampering with the 2016 U.
S.
election.
The indictment alleges the Russians hacked the computers of Democratic Party organizations, including the Clinton campaign.
