Besan /Gram flour -1/2cup4.
Bottle gourd / Lauki -1cup5.
Onion -16.
Carrot -1/4cup7.
Salt to taste8.

Chili -110.
Til /Sesame seed -1tb11.
Haldi /Turmeric -1/2ts12.
Jeera /Cumin -1/2ts13.
Sugar -1ts14.
Ajwain /Carrom seed -1/2ts15.
Hing /Asafoetida -1/2ts16.
Baking soda -1/4ts17.
Corriander -2ts18.
Oil -2ts19.
Lemon -1/220.
Water -11/2glass21.
Rai -1/2ts22.
Curryleaves -10-15Method.

Take a bowl add Rava , wheat flour, Besan, grated Lauki, grated Onion,Grated Carrot,Salt to taste, Ginger, Chilli, Til, Haldi, Jeera,Sugar, Ajwain, Hing,Baking soda, Corriander,Oil, Lemon and mix it well.

take a steam plate greese with oil and make small muthia.

heat a Water in a steamer, keep plate and cover, cook in medium flame for 20min.
then cool it down.
For Tadka Take a pan add 2tb Oil, Rai, Curryleaves , Til and keep muthia and fry for 2min.
till it get crispyour tasty and healthy Lauki muthia is ready. Watch video for more details.
